Christian Madison has a predominant  focus on aligining New Haven’s various business into a symbiotic group.

These interests includes majority stakes in;

New Haven Foods which manufactures beverages, baby  food and pet foods.

Meriden Energy operates in the commodities, energy  and renewable energy sector.

Ridgefield, one of Australia’s largest private security companies which provides security services and operatives to SME, Government and ASX organizations. 

He has worked globally within the private equity and property sector for over 25 years.

He previously has held roles and advised to organizations including  ABN AMRO, Knight Frank, Cable and Wireless and Cushman Wakefield.

Eric Nicolaides started his career in the Internet industry as founder of Mersito.com a web based supply chain management system for the airline industry.

He has worked within the private equity sector with distinctive companies across a broad range of industries and development stages.  These include Infrastructure (clean and renewable Energy, 5G Information technologies and infrastructure, Transport, and clean Water), CPG (development, manufacturing, and sales of new brands) and Specialty Services (creative brand studios). 

Eric played a key role in the development of several biotechnology startup companies including Daktari Diagnostics and Bio Molecular Switches (now PhaseRX). 

He is a frequent consultant and speaker on subjects related to technology commercialization, pharmaceuticals and global health. He is a former member of the Industry Advisory Group for the Cornell Center for Technology Enterprise and Commercialization and served as an advisor to Chicago-based Steadfast Networks.

Mr. Nicolaides is passionate about next generation philanthropy and social entrepreneurship. He is a regular contributor to the Nexus Youth Summit on Innovative Philanthropy and Social Entrepreneurship, which is sponsored in part by the United Nations. He also participated in domestic policy advisory meetings at the Obama White House as part of the Nexus USA Summit.

Mr. Nicolaides holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and pursued an M.D. degree at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University

Originally from Hong Kong, Mr Wong has been involved in the investment banking and stockbroking industry for over 36 years.   He has  served on numerous boards including ASX listed Kyckr Limited where he was the founding chairman (retired November 2018).   In 2016, he was engaged as a consultant to China’s Nanshan Group and was instrumental in its negotiation & acquisition of a 20% stake in Virgin  Australia.  His philanthropic activities:  UNSW Foundation board since 1998 Director of Children’s Medical Research Institute  Honorary Life Governor, Physics Foundation at the University of Sydney Director of the Australian Museum Foundation.   More recently, he has commissioned and co-written a book on the role played by the Chinese Anzacs and Chinese Labour Corps in The Great War and lobbying both State and Federal Governments to support awareness of this little-known chapter in Australian history. 

Alan is an experienced problem solver as a counselor, attorney and civic leader.  In recent years, his practice increasingly focused on government relations and strategic communications assignments. Solow is a 1979 cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School after graduating with an A.B., summa cum laude with highest distinction in political science, from the University of Illinois. Solow is also an accomplished civic and political leader. He currently serves as Board Chair of Interfaith Youth Core, a Chicago based organization that seeks to make interfaith cooperation a social norm, primarily through work on college campuses and with program alumni. 

Seth Stodder served in the Obama administration as assistant secretary of homeland security for borders, immigration, and trade policy, as well as assistant secretary of homeland security for threat prevention and security policy. 

Stodder is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a sustaining member of the Pacific Council on International Policy and the Truman National Security Project, and serves on the advisory board for the International Summit on Borders. He also was a German Marshall Fund Marshall Memorial fellow in 2008 and serves on the German Marshall Fund Alumni Leadership Council. Stodder is also a frequent writer, speaker, and commentator on national and homeland security issues. He is a member of the US Supreme Court Bar and the California Bar. He received his BA in history from Haverford College and his JD from the University of Southern California Law School.
